What you can buy
CorpAI provides AI implementation, custom software development, process automation, enterprise integration, quality engineering and application support. Engagements can start with a technical assessment, a focused proof of concept, a pilot, a project or a defined support scope. Training can be purchased separately or alongside implementation.
Our implementation foundation
Our development foundation is Python, Django/DRF, FastAPI, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Docker and Robot Framework. Agent frameworks, model providers and deployment platforms are selected for the workload. The technology catalog distinguishes this foundation from ecosystems evaluated for a specific engagement; it is not a list of certified partnerships or completed client deployments.
How we build AI agents
We define the task, permitted actions, data sources, human approvals and acceptance criteria first. The application authenticates the user and enforces authorization outside the model. Tools expose structured business operations rather than unrestricted production access. Knowledge retrieval, workflows and agent orchestration are added only when the process requires them.
Implementation options include direct model APIs, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agent SDK, LangGraph, Pydantic AI, Google ADK and Microsoft Agent Framework. Visual workflow platforms are alternatives when licensing, testing and operating ownership fit the project. Multi-agent architecture is a design choice, not a default requirement.
What is delivered
The agreed delivery package can include the solution specification, architecture decisions, source code, integration contracts, tests, deployment configuration, operating runbook and handover. For agents, it also covers tool definitions, evaluation scenarios, permissions, spending limits and release criteria. Exact deliverables and exclusions belong in the statement of work.
How quality is accepted
We agree on representative cases and expected results with the process owner. Testing covers normal operation, exceptions, failed dependencies and unauthorized actions. Software may require API, integration, regression and load tests; agents also require behavioral evaluations. Acceptance is based on evidence, not a demo that only follows the happy path.
Infrastructure and operations
Deployment may use the client's cloud, a VPS or a PaaS such as Railway or Heroku, subject to requirements. Web services, workers and scheduled jobs have different operational and cost profiles. Observability covers application health and agent quality. Support hours, escalation, recovery responsibilities and recurring costs are explicitly scoped; monitoring does not imply 24/7 human support.
AI-First adoption and workforce training
AI-First consulting covers use-case selection, operating responsibilities, integration and adoption. Training tracks serve executives, business users, builders and internal champions. Applied exercises use approved data and include output verification, privacy and escalation. Training is not presented as a guarantee of productivity or as an official vendor certification.
How the investment is evaluated
We focus on processes that affect revenue, delivery capacity, operating cost and cash conversion. A business case includes implementation, platforms, model consumption, infrastructure, human review and support. Freed hours are distinct from cash savings; incremental revenue is evaluated through contribution margin; working-capital effects are separated from recurring benefit.
What to request before contracting
Request the proposed technical lead, a relevant demonstration or authorized project reference, an architecture sample and a clear statement of work. Scope, acceptance, dependencies, change control, intellectual property, repository access and exit/handover arrangements must be agreed. The portal provides capability information; it does not replace due diligence or a signed agreement.
Start with your process and constraints
Share the business problem, systems involved, volume, desired outcome and critical restrictions. We use those inputs to define the initial engagement and the information required for a proposal.
